The Senior Project Manager will work closely with both the SVP of Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and Project Director to assist with all project activities including, but not limited to: 1. Represent the EPMO in all project planning and construction meetings. 2. Liaison between business stakeholders and IT leaders to identify business requirements and perform a needs assessment for IT systems and services. 3. Work with stakeholders to develop specifications for enterprise IT systems, services and spaces that meet business requirements. 4. Work with purchasing department to develop and issue IFB s, RFQ s and RFP s for hardware, software and services that meet IT specifications. 5. Assist IT stakeholders to evaluate bids and select vendors. 6. Develop a Statement of Work with stated goals, objectives, scope, deliverables, budget, stakeholders, roles and responsibilities and schedule. 7. Develop and maintain a detailed project schedule. 8. Schedule and conduct regular project status meetings with IT and business stakeholders and capture minutes for distribution to stakeholders. 9. Track critical path tasks with assigned resources. 10. Document and report Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies using a RAID log. 11. Track project change requests and approvals. 12. Upload and maintain project documentation on project SharePoint site. 13. Issue weekly project status reports. 14. Travel to current Hospital for onsite meetings with design and construction teams. 15. Any other duties as needed.
